Postdoctoral Fellow - Cancer Biology (Gottlieb laboratory)

The Gottlieb laboratory at MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated postdoctoral candidate to work in the field of cancer and metabolism. The lab employs advanced biochemical technologies to explore metabolic alterations in health and disease. Techniques include proteomics, metabolomics, enzymology, metabolic imaging, and isotope tracing both in vitro and in vivo.

• Gain hands-on experience in metabolism-related research and redox biology.

• Explore mechanisms of biochemical reactions using mutagenesis, gene ablation, and pharmacological inhibition.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, or related fields. Experience with metabolomics, isotope tracing, protein production/purification, and gene editing techniques is advantageous.

POSITION INFORMATION
MD Anderson offers full-time postdoc positions with a salary ranging from $64,000 to $76,000. depending on the number of years of postgraduate experience.
