Research Intern - Experimental Therapeutics

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Intern to support hands-on experimental studies aimed at developing mechanism-guided precision therapeutic strategies for epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC). The Research Intern will also contribute to research investigating how tissue aging and cellular senescence influence cancer development and response to therapy.

In this role, the Research Intern will assist with conducting experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to manuscript preparation. The position also includes participation in lab meetings, journal clubs, and research seminars to support ongoing training and professional development.

All duties and responsibilities are carried out in compliance with institutional policies, ethical research standards, and applicable federal and state regulations.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Develop the ability to integrate mechanistic research with translational therapeutic strategies, including the identification and application of genetic biomarkers, to address unmet clinical needs in ovarian cancer. Gain training in study design, data analysis, and scientific manuscript preparation to effectively contribute to experimental therapeutics research.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have received a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field no more than two years prior to starting the program.
