Postdoctoral Fellow - GU Radiation Oncology (Choi Lab)

We are looking for post doctorate fellow who is interested in 1-2 years research experience in the Genitourinary Radiation Oncology Department at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. This opportunity is suited for candidates interested in building their research portfolio as they transition into a career in Radiation Oncology.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The expected tasks include but not limited to:
-Clinical research in oncology, specifically prostate cancer
-Clinical database building and management
-Support for clinical trial protocols
-Time commitment: 1 year but possible extension for an additional year based on performance and funding.
-Strong work ethic is a must.
-Prior research experience is preferred but not required.
-Statistical skills with familiarity with IPSS, SAS, or R are preferred but not required.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Education Required: Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate

Experience Required: Five years of experience in scientific or experimental research work

Preferred: With preferred degree, four years of required experience

POSITION INFORMATION
MD Anderson offers full-time postdoc positions with a salary ranging from $64,000 to $76,000. depending on the number of years of postgraduate experience. MD Anderson trainee compensation also includes:
