Perform routine activities across Ancillary Application and Technology Support Teams
ServiceNow Ticket Review
Review tickets for teams to ensure they are categorized and updated appropriately
Test Script and Knowledge Article Review
Review test scripts and knowledge articles and recommend changes to improve documentation
Process Improvement
Participate in efforts to optimize workflow processes and provide feedback.
Operational Requirements Gathering
Shadow team members across teams to understand customer requirements and assist documenting processes.
Other duties as assigned
Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. College bound or in-college students.
Preferreds
currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program as Junior or Senior, or currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, and pursing an IT or related degree
