The mission of The University of Texas M. D. The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-level administrative support within the Division of Clinical Research. This position requires judgement, responsiveness, and initiative. Will provide support for the division while demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
1. Administrative Operations - 85%
Provide administrative support for the Division of Clinical Research (DoCR) to include but not limited to:
· Processing ePAFs
· Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
· Scheduling various meetings and candidate interviews
· Assisting in maintaining DoCR PD warehouse
· Coordinating travel, conference registration, and travel reimbursements
· Processing purchase requisitions and reimbursement requests
· Assisting with vetting process for auditors and consultants
· Monitoring and responding to requests in the DoCR Admin and Research Helpline mailboxes
· Assist in creating standard operating procedures for administrative processes
· Providing Kronos support
2. Calendar Management - 10%
· Provide calendar support to assigned Directors and other DoCR leaders
3. Special Projects - 5%
Assist with special projects to include but not limited to:
· DoCR events
· Annual space survey
· Creating polls
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Required: Five years of administrative/secretarial experience. With preferred Associate's degree, three years of required experience and with preferred Bachelor's degree, one year of required experience.
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
