The ideal candidate will have a current or recent experience as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) or Nursing Assistant (NA).
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
Acts as member of a multidisciplinary team that identifies and addresses patient care needs. Assists in completion of activities of daily living, mobilization, admit/discharge and obtaining vital signs. Updates and retrieves patient information. Ensures patient environment is maintained in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Required: None
Preferred: Experience in an acute care setting as a Nursing Assistant
Licensure/Certification
Required: None
Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Other
Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources
