Senior Supply Chain Applications Analyst

The Supply Chain Applications Analyst supports critical supply chain technology platforms and related third-party systems that help maintain efficient business operations across the institution. The Supply Chain Applications Analyst serves as a key resource for application support, technical administration, project execution, and system optimization.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in information technology with domain experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Management and experience supporting Tecsys and ERP systems. A strong candidate demonstrates technical expertise, business acumen, adaptability, communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Salary Range: Minimum $106,500 - Midpoint $133,000 - Maximum $159,500

Responsibilities
Application Support & Administration • Support Supply Chain applications including Tecsys and third-party systems across production and non-production environments • Administer configuration management, security administration, maintenance, upgrades, and testing activities • Provide daily production support for cloud-based and on-premises applications • Deliver user technical support and resolve application issues in a timely manner • Participate in on-call production support activities

System Development & Integration • Develop, implement, and maintain application enhancements and technical solutions • Support system integrations between Tecsys and third-party applications • Assist with application upgrades and deployment activities • Ensure application functionality aligns with business and operational requirements

Project Management & Solution Delivery • Manage assigned technical projects and related implementation activities • Gather requirements and develop technical specifications • Conduct meetings with customers and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives • Deliver solution-related outputs and project deliverables in a timely manner

Analysis & Problem Resolution • Analyze technical and business issues using a systematic approach • Gather diagnostic information from appropriate sources to clarify problems and identify solutions • Break down complex issues into manageable components and make sound decisions • Apply knowledge of Supply Chain and third-party applications to troubleshoot production issues

Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement • Maintain knowledge of customer business processes and cross-functional operations • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop effective solutions • Stay current on Supply Chain systems, business technologies, functionality enhancements, industry standards, and trends • Demonstrate flexibility, innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning in support of organizational objectives

EDUCATION
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree

WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Required: 5 years Experience in epic software, domain, analysis, design, project management, or programming.
  • May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
  • Preferred: IT experience, Supply Chain/Inventory Mgt/Warehouse Mgt Domain experience, Tecsys & ERP Systems Experience, experience implementing and supporting cloud and on-prem systems.
