Postdoctoral Fellow - Genomic Medicine

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join the Department of Genomic Medicine and investigate how dysfunctional hematopoiesis influences tumor progression, clonal evolution, and response to therapy in mouse models and human cancers. The project will initially focus on pancreatic cancer and subsequently expand to other KRAS-driven malignancies, including lung adenocarcinoma. The fellow will work at the interface of cancer biology, hematology, tumor-host interactions, and translational research.

All duties and responsibilities are carried out in compliance with institutional policies, ethical research standards, and applicable federal and state regulations.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The project will integrate state-of-the-art experimental approaches, including spatial and single-cell transcriptomics, multiplexed imaging, molecular barcoding and lineage tracing, and advanced in vivo models. The fellow will gain expertise in dissecting systemic and microenvironmental interactions that shape tumor evolution and therapeutic response.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should hold a recent PhD, MD/PhD, or equivalent degree in a relevant biomedical discipline and currently reside in the United States. Candidates with experience in cancer biology, hematology, tumor microenvironment and systemic crosstalk, genetically engineered mouse models, and in vivo mouse work are particularly encouraged to apply. Strong scientific curiosity, independence, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment are essential.
